In accordance with Article 48 of Anti-dumping Regulations of the People¡¯s Republic of China, the duration of an anti-dumping duty cannot exceed 5 years, but may be prolonged when the review confirms that the termination may cause the continuation or recurrence of the dumping and injury.
As from release of this announcement, natural person, juridical person, or related organizations of or representing domestic industry may put forward final review application in written form to Ministry of Commerce 90 days in advance of the termination of related anti-dumping measures. The application shall include ample evidence to prove that the termination of the anti-dumping duty may cause continuation or recurrence of the dumping and injury.
In case natural person, juridical person, or related organizations of or representing domestic industry fail to put forward written application, and Ministry of Commerce doesn¡¯t initiate a final review before the termination of the anti-dumping measure, the original anti-dumping measure shall expire as scheduled.
