1.PVC Panel extrusion line have advantages of tight structure, good plasticizing, high yield, long live, the line adopt SJZ80 tape twin-screw extruder or SJP90 parallel twin-screw extruder with frequency convertor.
2. The imported electric elements and PT100 resistance can adjust in wide range and high precision for temperature Controlling.
3. The auxiliary machine include vacuum forming table, cooling unit, hauling-off unit, cutter and unloading unit.
4. The vacuum forming tables with cooling device make better shapes of finished products.
5. The hauling-off unit have two caterpillars up and down, the down is fixed, the up one can be adjusted free, as the size of the finished products.
6. The cutter has PLC system, which can control the length and precision of automatically cutting.
7. There are rubber blocks on the unloading unit, to protect the finished products from abrasions in the finishing of products. |
